Job Title: Housekeeper / Potential Head Housekeeper Location: Sleep Inn & Suites – Wisconsin Rapids, WI

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our housekeeping team — with the opportunity to grow into a Head Housekeeper role for the right candidate.

Position Overview: Housekeepers are responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms and public areas. This role plays a key part in ensuring a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities:

Clean and prepare guest rooms to brand standards

Refresh linens, restock supplies, and maintain organized carts

Clean public areas, hallways, and laundry as needed

Report maintenance issues promptly

Follow safety and sanitation guidelines

Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment

Head Housekeeper Growth Opportunity: Candidates with leadership experience may be considered for advancement, including:

Training and supporting housekeeping staff

Inspecting rooms for quality assurance

Managing inventory and supply ordering

Assisting with scheduling and daily task assignments

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods

Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required

Leadership experience a plus
