About Us

Also known as Wis Rapids Area CVB or Visit Wis Rapids we are the Destination Marketing Organization responsible for tourism promotion and tourism development in the Wisconsin Rapids and Southern Wood County areas. A not-for-profit organization governed by a Board of Directors, we work to market and promote the attractions, businesses, culture, and spirit of our area to be a catalyst for quality of life and economic growth. Wis Rapids Area CVB serves as a resource for area information to group and individual visitors including convention, meeting, and sports planners, tour operators, and business and leisure travelers.
