Avenue Title Services and Badger Title Announce Merger, Expanding Title Services Across Central Wisconsin

Marshfield, Wis. - February 5, 2026 - Avenue Title Services, with offices in Wausau and Wisconsin Rapids, and Badger Title of Marshfield have announced a merger that brings together two respected title companies to better serve clients throughout central Wisconsin.

The partnership combines Badger Title’s strong local presence and deep community relationships in the Marshfield area with Avenue Title’s regional reach and commitment to responsive, accurate service.
